Jerry's survival guide

What a prick

Cacti come in many shapes and sizes and where some went for pads, others for columns, Jerry's gone for the cylindrical look. Its definitely a unique look in the desert! His almost round shaped leaves are riddled with sharp spines, for a good reason too! You see, not only does it protect little Jerry from being eaten by hungry animals, it also provides some much needed shade. It's a true story! Jerry's totally a self shade man!

What makes Jerry so special

Jerry's actually an Opuntia Cylindrica, or just 'cactus' for short. He's a rough lookin fella but he's the kindest, cutest little cactus, really! He's easy like a sunday morning. A tiiiny bit of water when the soil has completely dried out is more than enough. No need to worry about your weekend trips away when Jerry's chilling in the window sill. He'll be just fine looking after things while you're gone. Oh and if you're nice (and patient), he might even expose his beautiful flower(s) in winter time. What a prick!
