Oda's survival guide

Takes care of himself, well almost

Oda is your gateway plant to plant parenthood. If that's too technical: Oda is easier to take care of than a pet rock. Just take it easy with watering your Oda, especially in winter and you'll have a happy plant! Less is more for Oda, who also doesn't mind being put in a shaded spot. Perfect for those corners in the home that your other green amigo's cant handle. Oh and Oda does not need any plant food. Gosh Oda, what's not to like here?

What makes Oda so special

The Sansevieria Laurentii is also known as the snake plant. To be honest, we don't get it. Snakes can't stand up, while Oda can. Snakes throw hissy fits, and Oda is as zen as a monk. Snakes crawl, and Oda doesn't crawl. Snakes always show up on planes, and Oda does not even know what planes are! All slithering aside, the snake plant is also called a 'mother in law's tongue' because of how sharp the tips of their leaves are. Get it? Snake plants are actually succulents which makes them truly one of the easiest to maintain. Oda also loves to purify your air but be careful with Fifi and Felix (pets) because this snake has a poisonous sap that hurts their tummy.
