How long can plants survive in a box during shipping?
Plants can last about 7 days or more in a box in the right conditions. However, during the winter or in colder climates, this duration may decrease to about 3-4 days. Rest assured, we take great care to ensure your plants are packed safely and securely for their journey.
How long does it take to pack and ship my order?
We take approximately 3-6 business days to pack and ship your order. This allows us to water your plants a few days before shipping if needed and ensure they are in optimal condition for transit. We want to make sure your green amigos arrive at your doorstep happy and healthy!
What if my plants arrive damaged during shipping?
We offer a 2-week replacement, refund or credit for items damaged during shipping. Simply reach out to our customer service team with photos of the damaged plants, and we'll be happy to assist you.
What if I encounter issues with my plants after the initial 2-week period?
No worries! We offer a 3-month replacement or credit for any issues with your plants that arise after the initial 2-week period. Just let us know, and we'll work with you to ensure your plant is thriving. If we can’t get your plants back to good health, we can offer a replacement or credit.
Will my plants still be healthy after shipping?
When your plants arrive, they may show some signs of travel stress, such as droopy leaves or slight yellowing. This is perfectly normal, like a jet-lagged traveler adjusting to new surroundings. Remember, these plants go from their ideal spot in the greenhouse, to a box, then to a totally new environment; but many plants are very resilient! Give your plants a prune if needed, some time to acclimate to their new home, and with proper care, they will bounce back in no time.
