Crisp crunch, perfect heat.

Diablo is the undisputed king of kitchen garden versatility and crowd-pleasing crunch. Famous for producing clusters of smooth, glossy-green pods that eventually ripen into deep crimson red, Diablo brings a bright, grassy flavor backed by a crisp, medium-heat kick (2,500 to 8,000 Scoville units). Whether chopped fresh into salsa, pickled, or stuffed and grilled, Diablo delivers reliable garden-to-table flavor all season long. How to care for Diablo

The Jalapeño Pepper is a popular chili pepper known for its glossy green fruits, moderate heat, and versatility in cooking, from fresh salsas to pickling and grilling. Outdoors, jalapeño plants thrive in full sun and should receive at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily for the best fruit production. Plant them in rich, well-draining soil after all danger of frost has passed, as peppers love consistently warm temperatures. Water deeply whenever the top inch of soil feels dry, but avoid soggy conditions that can lead to root issues or reduced fruit quality. Feeding with a balanced vegetable fertilizer every couple of weeks during the growing season will encourage healthy growth and larger harvests. Mature plants typically grow about 24–36 inches tall and produce peppers continuously through summer into early fall when harvested regularly.
