How to care for Aku Aku

The Alocasia Macrorrhiza Camouflage Variegated is a rare, eye-catching variety of Alocasia known for its large, glossy green leaves with striking camouflage-like variegation in shades of green, cream, and sometimes yellow. This Alocasia thrives in bright, indirect light. Too little light will result in a lack of variegation on the leaves. Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry, but hold off watering a bit in the winter to avoid root rot. This plant requires high humidity of about 60-80% to thrive, so keep it away from drafts, heaters, or vents!
