At this time, we are only able to offer free shipping over $125 to major urban areas. Remote locations** are excluded from free shipping, along with Maritime provinces (PEI, NB, NS, and NL), and Territories (YT, NU, NWT). Shipping rates on orders under $125 may differ depending on your location.

**Some remote areas of Canada will incur significant shipping costs to Plantsome. In these cases free shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply after you place your order. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you don’t respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be canceled. Plantsome reserves the right to make any necessary changes to this service at any time without prior written notice.

Plantsome delivers house plants to all Canadian provinces in Canada! If you aren't able to place an order to your address please reach out to us for help!

If you reside in Nunavut, Northwest Territories or Yukon please reach out before placing an order as special rates may apply.

Great question! We have the perfect answer. At Plantsome we've developed a special box for shipping plants. This box will protect the soil from falling out of the pot. It also makes sure your plant stays snug and well protected from forces on the box such as dropping or tipping over. We have a very low incident rate because of this box but accidents happen. Send us a text or e-mail if you are not satisfied with your delivery and we will make it right.

For local orders (Vancouver, Burnaby, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster & Richmond) your orders will be shipped in our beautiful Betty, the amazing Plantsome van.

Orders outside of our local delivery area will be shipped via Canada Post or FedEx. You can find the status of your order via the tracking code that will be sent to you when we ship your order.

Our small but mighty team does their best to get your green amigos packed and ready to go as soon as possible! Please expect between 3-5 days for processing before our team ships out your order.

Delivery times vary per province. Deliveries to Vancouver will take an average of 1-2 business days after your order has been fulfilled. Deliveries to the rest of Canada may be with the courier for 3-6 business days (we use FedEx and Canada Post).

We get a lot of questions about plants being in a box for extended periods of time. Please know that plants are resilient and have no problem being in transit for 7 full days. Most plants will even still be fine after two weeks!

Please note that fulfillment times may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, or due to weather conditions.

Local orders to Vancouver
Orders go out to customers in the Greater Vancouver area about 2 times a week. If your order is on our next delivery route, you should receive an email with a time slot the evening before your delivery is scheduled to take place. If you have any extra delivery information to provide (i.e. buzzer number), please email us at hello@plantsome.ca! If you won’t be home for your delivery, please note that our driver is happy to leave your package in a safe place until you can retrieve it.

Orders to other cities and communities
If your order is fulfilled via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS, you will receive a tracking code via email. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as a courier picks it up from our warehouse.

Orders to the city of Vancouver and Burnaby
Orders go out to customers in the Greater Vancouver area 2-3 times a week. If your order is on our next delivery route, you should receive an email with a time slot the evening before your delivery is scheduled to take place.If the time does not work for you simply send us an email via hello@plantsome.ca to reschedule!

Orders to other cities and communities
If your order is fulfilled via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS, you will receive a tracking code via email. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as a courier picks it up from our warehouse.

Nobody likes waiting, especially if one of your green amigos hit a snag on his way to you! Surge volume at the post office or the occasional sorting issue at a sorting facility may delay your shipment for a little bit but your plants will typically be absolutely fine in their Plantsome box. Most of our green amigos can spend 6 days in their box without any issues and a few days beyond that typically isn't an issue either. Rest assured: if you are not happy with the condition of your plant upon arrival, let us know and we promise to make it right!

Yes and no! We can only ship to one address per order but we can create custom orders for business customers! Plants make a great gift to new hires or as a thank you gift to colleagues or business relations. We would love to help you bring some more green into peoples lives!
