The Sansevieria trifasciata 'Laurentii', commonly known as the Laurentii Snake Plant, is a classic houseplant recognized for its tall, upright green leaves edged in bright golden-yellow variegation. Its bold architectural shape and extremely low-maintenance nature make it one of the most popular plants for homes and offices alike. ‘Laurentii’ thrives in bright, indirect light but is highly adaptable and can also tolerate lower light conditions, making it ideal for a wide range of indoor spaces. Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings, as this drought-tolerant plant stores moisture in its thick leaves and is very sensitive to overwatering. A well-draining cactus or succulent mix works best, and the plant generally prefers average household humidity and temperatures. With minimal care, this hardy snake plant can grow several feet tall over time while helping add a clean, modern look to any room.
