Due to recent cold snaps in some areas of Canada, your order may be held until conditions improve.

We'll revisit the weather forecast early each week to see what the weather outlook is and ship your orders as soon as we can.

Please note that we do everything we can to ensure your plants make it to you safely—this may mean we hold off shipping if your package will be stuck over the weekend, or if there is inclement weather when your order is supposed to arrive. We aim to ship when temperatures are above 0 degrees Celsius in your region for the health and safety of your plants.

We ship from our greenhouse in Vancouver, BC with either our local delivery vehicle, Canada Post, or FedEx.

Average shipping times*:
BC: 2-5 business days
Prairies: 2-5 business days
ON and QC: 4-8 business days
Maritimes and Territories: 6-10 business days

*These are estimates of time spent with our couriers once picked up from our warehouse. Please note, they do not account for fulfillment time in our greenhouse.

At this time, we are only able to offer free shipping over $100 to major urban areas. Remote locations are excluded from free shipping, along with Maritime provinces (PEI, NB, NS, and NL), and Territories (YT, NU, NWT). Shipping rates on orders under $100 may differ depending on your location.

A pre-order is an item that can be purchased prior to it arriving at our warehouse! Pre-orders allow you to secure items before we have them in stock, and we will ship it to you as soon as we receive the plants.

An approximate shipping date is present on all pre-order product pages. We do our best to ensure your item ships before or on that date, although sometimes delays from our suppliers may extend this date a little longer. You will be notified as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Noooooo, we never repot a plant. Why not? Well there is actually a pretty good reason for that. The roots of your plant can rot when the excess water has nowhere to go. The growers plastic pot has holes so that excess water can always find its way out. This is why most people put their growers pot straight into the nice pot that is bought with the plant. So all you have to do when you receive your plant and pot is remove the packaging and voila! Would you still prefer to repot your plant? Read our instructions on how to make sure you do it right!

Up to you! Our product pages have plenty of options for all of the plants that we offer. We don't automatically bundle a plant with a pot because we believe you should have options (who doesn't like options!). So make sure to add the pot that fits nicely with the rest of your home, or don't! up to you!
